What You'll Do
- Blend of outpatient clinic care and inpatient rounding/consults
- Partner closely with board-certified cardiologists and an experienced multidisciplinary team
- Opportunity to manage patients longitudinally with a focus on preventive care, heart failure management, and continuity of care
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification as an NP (AGACNP, ACNP, or FNP depending on inpatient vs. outpatient role focus)
- Prior cardiology or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
- Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration across teams
- New grads with strong cardiac clinical rotations will be considered
